fix(config): 更新生产环境数据库及Redis配置

- 将数据库连接地址由远程改为本地localhost
- 修改Redis密码以提升安全性
- 更改Redis客户端名称为RFID，替代默认名称
- 保持其他配置参数不变，确保兼容性和性能优化措施有效
