- 新增 SEQ_DMS_INSPECT_INSTANCE_DETAIL 序列用于巡检工单明细
- 在 DMS_SEQUENCES.sql 中添加序列创建和权限配置
- 修改 BaseDeviceParamValMapper.xml 将数据查询时间范围从当天调整为最近2小时
- 移除 DmsBillsMaintInstanceMapper.xml 中的 isFlag 字段映射
- 为 DmsInspectInstanceDetailMapper.xml 配置自定义序列主键生成策略
