- 在DmsBillsFaultInstanceServiceImpl中设置默认报修来源类型为其他（9）
- 从DmsRecordAlarmInfoMapper.xml中移除alarmType字段映射
- 从查询SQL中移除notice_status、create_by、create_time、update_by、update_time字段
- 修复alarmBeginTime和alarmEndTime参数空指针检查逻辑
- 修复handleTime参数空指针检查逻辑
