feat(production): 新增安灯模块

- 新增 AndonRule 实体类，定义安灯规则配置对象及其属性和方法
- 新增安灯看板配置、事件、派工记录、操作日志等 API 接口- 新增安灯看板配置页面，支持增删改查及位产线、工下拉选择- 新增安灯事件管理页面，支持事件查询、导出及状态展示
- 实现安灯事件的确认、处理、完成和取消等操作接口调用
- 添加相关字典数据支持，如触发源类型、事件状态、是否有效等
- 隐藏部分非必要搜索和展示字段，优化用户操作体验- 安灯事件数据保留用于统计分析，不支持直接删除- 完善表单校验规则，确保核心字段如看板编码、名称等必填
- 提供刷新间隔、展示字段等看板配置项，支持个性化配置
