refactor(qms): 将字典相关字段Long改为String类型

- 修改了多个实体类中的检测类型、检测方法、控制类型等字段,将其数据类型从 Long 改为 String
- 更新了相关服务类和控制器中的方法,以适应这些字段类型的变更
